1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Maweid (the "Service"), you agree to these Partner terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to business accounts we provision for you (wherever your business is established) and to visitors who use public booking pages linked to your business. We supply the Service from the United Kingdom.
2. Who we are
Maweid is an online appointment booking and business management platform operated from the United Kingdom by the owner trading as Lagrichi Digital Solutions ("we", "us").
We provide the software; you remain responsible for your business, your staff, your compliance with local law, and your relationship with your clients.
3. The Service
Maweid includes features such as appointment scheduling, client records, services, notifications (email and, when available, WhatsApp), and related dashboard tools.
Features, plan limits, and pricing may change. Roadmap items may be marked as coming soon. We may update or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
4. Accounts and access
Accounts are created for you as part of onboarding (pilot or paid). You must keep login credentials confidential and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must provide accurate business information (name, contact details, timezone, services). You are responsible for all activity under your account.
5. Plans, trial, and payment
We offer subscription plans (e.g. Basic, Plus, Pro) and may offer a free trial period. Plan details and prices are shown on our website, in the dashboard, or at checkout.
Paid subscriptions are collected through Stripe (card and other payment methods Stripe supports). Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel in accordance with Stripe or dashboard instructions. Prices may be shown exclusive or inclusive of VAT depending on your location and our tax status; any applicable VAT will be shown at checkout where required.
We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Stripe processes payment details under its own terms and privacy policy. Failed or disputed payments may lead to retries, suspension, or termination after notice.
We may agree manual invoicing or bank transfer for pilots in writing; otherwise Stripe applies.
Trial accounts may become read-only or lose booking ability when the trial ends, as shown in the dashboard.
6. Your obligations
You agree to:
• Use the Service lawfully and only for legitimate business purposes.
• Obtain any consent required from your clients before collecting or messaging their personal data.
• Ensure booking, cancellation, and reminder messages you enable are accurate and appropriate.
• Not misuse the Service (spam, harassment, illegal content, attempts to breach security).
You are the data controller for your clients' personal data entered into Maweid. We process it on your instructions to provide the Service.
7. Availability and liability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages (hosting, email, WhatsApp providers), or force majeure may affect availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including lost revenue or appointments) arising from use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where law requires otherwise.
8. Changes, termination, and contact
We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
If we incorporate a UK limited company, we may assign these Terms to that company and will notify active customers where required by law or contract.
You may stop using the Service at any time. You should cancel any active Stripe subscription to avoid further charges. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law in your country as a consumer or business gives you rights that cannot be waived.
9. Data processing
When you use Maweid to store or process personal data about your clients, you are the data controller and Lagrichi Digital Solutions acts as your data processor under UK GDPR and applicable law.
Our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) at /legal/dpa forms part of these Terms and describes how we process client data on your instructions, including security, subprocessors, and assistance with data subject requests.
By using the Service for client records or booking, you agree to the DPA.
