When you book an appointment through a public Maweid page (for example /book/your-salon), the service provider is the business shown on that page (the salon, clinic, or studio) — not Lagrichi Digital Solutions. Lagrichi Digital Solutions (United Kingdom) provides the booking software only. Your contract for the appointment (price, quality, cancellation, and privacy) is with that business.

You agree to provide accurate contact details and to arrive on time or follow the business’s cancellation rules shown at booking or on their site. A booking request may be pending until the business confirms it, depending on their settings. Confirmation messages are sent according to the channels the business enables (email, SMS, or WhatsApp).

The business you book with is usually the data controller for your personal data. They use Maweid to store your booking details and send reminders. You should read their privacy information (linked on the booking page where provided) and contact them for access, correction, or deletion requests about your appointment data. Lagrichi Digital Solutions processes your data as a processor on the business’s instructions, as described in our Privacy policy and Data protection policy.

Unless the booking page clearly states otherwise, payment for services is handled directly with the business (cash, card in salon, or another method they offer). Maweid may display prices the business configures but is not a payment gateway for most bookings today.

We aim to keep booking pages available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, connectivity, or third-party outages may affect booking temporarily. If you cannot complete a booking online, contact the business by phone or another channel they publish.
