Subprocessors

Lagrichi Digital Solutions uses the following categories of subprocessors to run Maweid. The list may change; material updates will be reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date on the Privacy Policy.

Appwrite — database, authentication, file storage (region depends on your project configuration; check your Appwrite console). Vercel — website and API hosting, edge network (global, including US and EU points of presence).

Twilio (including SendGrid where used) — transactional email and SMS/WhatsApp when you enable those features (processing may occur in the US and other regions). Messages are sent only according to your settings and client contact details you or they provide.

Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing for partner accounts (Stripe Payments UK Ltd / Stripe, Inc. and affiliates; processing may occur in the UK, EEA, and US depending on configuration). Stripe collects and processes payment card and billing details according to Stripe's privacy policy. We receive limited metadata (for example last four digits, expiry, payment status, customer ID) to manage your subscription.

We require subprocessors to process personal data only for providing services to us, with confidentiality and security obligations. Where data leaves the UK, we use UK GDPR transfer tools (IDTA / UK Addendum to SCCs) or equivalent where applicable.
